        Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Don arrived on time, and he was very friendly and polite. He patiently looked at all aspects of our home, giving suggestions and advise about possible problems. He looked at every detail, and you can tell he is very knowledgeable. He spent around 3 hours here, when I know other inspectors will rush it to do it in 1 hour or so. We received the report very quickly, with lots of pictures and notes. I am very glad we called him.
