Absolutely Horrible experience. The owner John has no idea what customer service is. I wouldn't let them change a flat tire . He jerked me around for weeks on a warranty job and then told me he wasn't going to do the job.

These guys know the meaning of good service! Our family was in town and had an unexpected car issue the Friday before the long weekend. We were planning a 9 hour drive and John kindly squeezed us into his full day. When the issue ended up being a little more serious than we hoped, John and Greg did everything they could to get the part rushed in so they could fix the problem. Not only that, the cost of the work was VERY reasonable. For every bump along the way (including not having my wheel lock key!), the guys communicated with me throughout, and John even stayed a little later and offered to come pick me up to bring me to their shop once the work was done. While the situation was stressful for our family, it was the care and service that John and his crew gave us that made it a little less stressful and that ultimately allowed us to get on the road over the long weekend. This is why you choose the smaller, family owned shops over the big guys. Youll be in good hands, and you wont break the bank going to see these guys. Highly recommend.
