Last fall I decided to purchase a house. I had met Hunter at my coffee shop the year prior so I decided to give him a call. Hunter made the entire process from looking to negotiations to inspection to closing as pleasant as purchasing can be. Hes professional without being pushy. Actually listens to what youre looking for and does his best to accommodate. He goes above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied with any questions or concerns you might have. He didnt disappear after the deal is done, he follows up. In youre looking for a realtor I couldnt recommend Hunter more!

Hunter was incredible to deal with to say the least. He was patient, understanding, and very honest. My husband and I were so satisfied with the start to end of our house hunting, it was so easy to send him a quick message and with the market right now he would get you in the next day so you didn't miss out on any chances. He was so reliable. We just purchased our second home together and I would highly recommend him to EVERYONE! Hunter was the best Realtor we have ever worked with. He actually went out in the fields (literally) and reviewed lands and homes for us and helped us find the right spot. We were able to successfully purchase sight unseen through our confidence in relying on Hunters video walk-thru. That is saying a lot. He understands his market to provide the best guidance. On top of that, Hunter is simply a calm and wonderful person. If you have the opportunity to work with him we highly recommend him.

Before we met Hunter we were going to interview a couple of agents. That was the plan. He had been referred by family , and his neighbors , so we felt we had to at least see him. Within a few minutes we knew he was the right person for the job. His professional manner was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable of his subject, showing comparable houses and some above ours so we could see that there was a specific price range. His suggestions of showing the house worked out perfectly for the specific time frame he had in mind. We liked how he said we were calling the shots , and listened to our concerns. Then he helped us determine the best course for us. He was very easy to talk to but most importantly well versed on todays housing market. Just as our house sold quickly , we were quickly sold on this amiable realtor and broker . We are confident that you too would appreciate his skill as a property seller.
