Top Line Duct Cleaning Inc

These guys booked me for today between 12-2. They call me back saying oh can you change the appointment. I said I cant as I have already told my tenants. Please only confirm if youre going to show up otherwise I can find someone else as its a rental property and tenants will have to accommodate the cleaning. At 9:30am I called to check in that they were still coming. At 11:50am I get a call saying can we come tomorrow our helper is sick.

I got scammed today by them. They use fake accounts on FB, lie about selling premium filters, tried to convince me to pay cash only. After asking around and doing my research I realized I paid twice as much than what I should've paid. And the filters they are selling might also be fake because there are nowhere to be found on the internet. After paying with my cc I didn't get my copy of the receipt, apparently they run out of the receipt paper (which he showed me after paying with cc) and they reassured me they will send the copy to me that same day. I haven't gotten it so far although I messaged them about it several times.
