Mr. Khan is by far the best repair person i have ever dealt with. He is someone you can trust and truly cares about solving the problem. He was able to properly diagnose my washing machine unlike the first repair person we had over and fix the problem in a timely manner! He also explained how it malfunctioned and gave us some tips to prevent the problem from happening again. He is worth every penny he asks for and his labor rate is inline with other competitors. SK is the first person i call for appliance repair. Always. They are honest, fair and timely. If they can repair something, not only will they tell me what they will repair but any costs estimates and warranties up front. They will also tell me if i am better off buying a new appliance.
