        Spoke to Arsen, the next day Arsen came out, diagnosed the issue with my oven, replaced the needed part and WHOOP! my oven was fixed!

        Freddy is an honest and hardworking man; he did not leave our house until he fixed the problem. We have a fairly new laundry washer that was stopping mid wash. After contacting Freddy he came the very next day, on time and ready for work. He was able to get the necessary parts and our washer working in 1 day! He explained and showed us exactly what was wrong with the unit and showed me the new and old parts. Communication with him is excellent and I will be using him for any other appliance repair we may need. Thanks Freddy!
