Morningside Appliance Repairs

Last night I booked a service appointment for between 8 and 10 AM. This morning I received a text message at 9:12 Am wanting me to confirm a service call between the hours of 10 AM and noon. When I advised this was not what was agreed to they reply back to my text with appointment cancelled. These people did not even have the professionalism or courtesy to call me me to apologize. I work and I booked time off to be available for the appointment. This is very unprofessional and very rude way to treat a first time customer.

I am sure that we will have this companys services again. We are very satisfied with the work performance and skills they did fixing our stores ovens. So fortunate to have this company around.
