"I had a terrible experience with KDR Appliances Repair & Installation service. They were very slow in responding to my request, and when they did get back to me, they were incredibly unprofessional. They were extremely condescending and rude, even when I asked them what was wrong with my appliance. I will never use this company again."

I was having a problem with the ice maker in my refrigerator, so I decided to call in a local repair company. They came out and charged me $100+ for parts that weren't needed. That same day, my fridge stopped working again, so I ended up having to buy a new one. The whole thing was a scam!

KDR Appliances Repair & Installation is a complete scam. They don't know anything about appliances and their service is terrible. The prices are outrageous and there's no point in calling them because they never take the time to listen to your problem or help you find a solution. My advice is to stay away from these con artists!

KDR Appliances Repair & Installation does not show up when they are supposed to. The first time, they didn't show up for about a week. The second time, they showed up with the wrong parts. Their prices are also very high and the quality of their work is below average. I wouldn't recommend using Alpha Appliance Repair Service of Toronto if you can help it!
