QSW Appliances Repair is a terrible company. They are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had an appliance that broke and they told me it would take 2 weeks to fix it. After waiting 2 weeks, I called them back and they said they could not find the part needed for my appliance and that they would have to order it from another store. I asked if there was any way that they could get it sooner than 2 weeks and they said no because the parts are made locally in China (which means it takes longer).
