We have used Pambis several times for some rental properties we have in Toronto. Peter as been great to work with, and we have never had an issue with any work he has done. He is always transparent about costs of parts and the work involved and explains what is going on and what the part is. Highly recommend using them for any appliances you need looked at.

My front loading washer stopped working and after seeing a recommendation from a neighborhood group recommending Peter @ Pambis Appliance, I contacted them. Over text, Peter ascertained that fixing this may not be the way to go but he gave me options. He was communicative and helpful through the entire process, and gave a fair price. 10/10 Recommend. I had used Pambis a long time ago, so when my dryer recently stopped working they were the 1st on my list to call. Right from the moment of my call, Chris was super helpful. He made sure that his brother, Peter, would call me the very same day. Peter, not only called me, but made sure to come by the very same day to take a look at the dryer. Long story short, it took about a week for the new parts to arrive, however, Peter made sure to get it repaired the moment the parts arrived; he even called me close to 9 pm to inform me that the dryer is all fixed & working. WOW! Along the way, he also offered me a loaner dryer to make sure that we were not inconvenienced ... talk about customer service! I cannot say enough good things about both Peter & Chris. They are both hardworking and honest. I will 110% call them the next time any of my appliances break down, for I know that I will be in safe hands. I highly, highly, recommend them. God bless!
