We purchased a stove and washing machine from this company. Our experience was fantastic starting from our initial phone conversation to delivery. We would recommend using them for any of your Appliance needs. We will purchase from them again in the near future.

Wish I could give a 0. Bought 2 fridges 2 stoves from them in about a 4 year period. What I learned from that is it's better to buy new, it would have been cheaper. That's a lesson on buying used appliances. My real issue with them though is that a few days ago In bought a fridge from them for my basement.i had a friend in the house as I had to run out and they were 2 hours late. The delivery people took off my door to get the fridge inside without being asked or getting permission.and broke the door. It cant close. When the owner was called he said it's not his issue because they were trying to do a favor. I'm curious to hear what he has to say on here

What a nightmare. Please don't do what I did and buy from them. Their appliances dont work properly or are ready to break in 2-3 months. They also don't honor their warranty, or care if you have issues with their products during the warranty period. They didn't even install the dryer properly, I had to attach the venting because they didn't. All those fumes could have re-entered my home. The first dryer I bought would take longer than 2 hours to do a regular load. The repair man (covered under warranty) didn't do anything he blamed my lint trap which had no prior issues and without checking it himself. Then I finally got them to give me a replacement dryer, which should all be covered under warranty but he asked for $40 delivery. I just wanted the whole thing to be over even though I really shouldn't be paying extra for someone else's mistakes. When he got there he asked my brother for $80. I called them to talk about the delivery fee and he quickly obliged to $40 and hung up on me. It's been 2 months and this dryer is now over heating and screeching. What a rip off and complete waste of my time. Also, the owner is extremely rude and has no desire to really help you at all. When I called about these issues the first time around he left me on hold for a long time or would even hang up on me. I was worried I wouldn't get any help at all. I just called to get help on this issue and he just told me it's $50 service fee plus $30/hr. No advice or concern offered about my burning, screaming dryer just asking for more money for his crappy appliances.
