Jude was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my fridge and he saved the day when he was able to come up with parts that are not easily available. Highly recommended !

Sold a not working refrigerator, no shows when called multiple times. Asked another technician to check and said too expensive to repair. No honest reliable business. Wasted my time and money.

Very displeased! Appliance broke down first mnth and never got serviced. Could'nt reach him nor no return calls !!

Been recommending JC Appliance for over 10 years!!!! When I first moved out onto my own I was in my 20's One of my neighbors had bought some appliances from JC appliance, and highly recommended. I called JC appliance, totally not knowing anything about appliances...... ( what is good makes or prices) and Jude was sooooo helpful totally took the time and explained the pros and the cons of appliances in his experience. He also sells used appliances and sells them with a warranty basically as he tells you if it stops working or something goes wrong give me a call. He is very honest and reliable my fridge ( which was in my apartment when I moved in , I didnt but from him ) Stopped working properly Jude was so nice , I called him and asked him to come and look at my fridge . Jude showed up when he said he would and looked at my fridge and he knew to look in the freezer, which I wouldve never thought of doing and when he looked in the back ,it was a couple frozen peas .......yes I said peas had got jammed in the back and stopped the cold from working in the fridge, Jude removed the peas and looked if anything else was there and that was it , my fridge worked perfectly afterwards. Jude knew he had my trust and he couldve told me I needed a new fridge and I wouldve believed him but he didnt he was very honest. I work in the social work field for over 14 years now and I have even recommended Jude ( JC appliance) to clients of mine. Thank you Jude for being an amazing hard working and honest man .
