He repaired my dryer and over charged me For the washing machine he charged for diagnostic. He had a rough time diagnosing it. He declared the pump was not draining. He changed the pump. The new one he put in he cross threaded the pump holder. Then it leaked again. He said the gasket broke. He over charged me for the gasket and installed it upside down. The washer broke a few weeks later and i got another technician to take a look. They found loose bolts and fixed it properly. Would not reccomend his services at all.

Overcharge for simple fixes average person cant do. Job will get done but will be costly.

Rishi appliance took advantage of my neighbor also. He charged her over two hundred dollars to practically turn a screw. We are thinking of taking him to small claims court to get her money back. Is anyone else thinking this would be a good idea?

Not a good experience at all. Our stove needed a part and he wouldn't give invoice for the part that he said he is purchasing. Gave bunch of excuses. Got a feeling he is crook. Tried to reason with him and he disconnected the call. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Also told my realtor about the experience and she said she heard this from one other client too and will not be recommending him further.

OMG,, I made mistake to call this guy for my stove. Dishonest and greedy. I didn't let him repair my stove. Disgrace for his attitude.
