A service guy was in my apartment today, ableist and rude. Went behind my back to ask my super, to tell me not to speak to him. Disgusting.

I didnt shop there. However, an employee or anything that represents the company should conduct themselves accordingly to uphold their reputation. I was on my way from work on Kingston Rd at Brimley saw this Honda Civic tailgating everyone, speeding, cutting in and out of the lane. You cant miss the decals/markings on the car. Galaxy Appliances Service Vehicle unit SV-12 With all the speeding and cutting in and out of lanes all they accomplished was me finding him at the stop light at Kingston and Lawrence. Whatever hurry they were in was unnecessary and to operate their fleet the way they did putting other motorists in danger was reckless. I wouldnt call this company or shop there after seeing how their employee drives. The way they drive says a lot about the person and the type of workmanship they may have. Contemplating on putting in road watch on them.

No communication between technicians and customer service rep. They cancelled my order on Refrigerator repairs without notifying me. Meanwhile, my food continue to spoil.

Worst place to ever work for, I was ashamed to even say I was apart of this place.. do not go here for parts or for customer service for your appliance
