Great experience. Chris tested the pressure in my ear. He was thorough in his assessment and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was very helpful, my appointment was on time and the office is clean and comfortable. The whole experience was really positive, I highly recommend SoundRight.

I had tried hearing aids in the past with poor results and wasnt very hopeful when I visited Chris at SoundRight. I am absolutely delighted with my new hearing aids. I hadnt realized how stressful my hearing loss had become until it was so easily solved.

I'm impressed with the friendly, professional service I received at Soundright Hearing Services. I've been wearing my new hearing aids (featuring Bluetooth connectivity) for just over one year. They have made a big difference in my ability to communicate with others. Thanks to Chris Tiede and staff for the support they have given as I adjust to this new situation in my life. Very professional staff that helped me out due to wax build up. Within 15 minutes Chris had me on my way and I could hear again! Also a very convenient location.

August Review: Did not upload: Christopher Tiede is an outstanding, empathetic and highly effective Hearing Instrument Specialist. We brought a family member to Chris who was suffering as a result of broken hearing aids. Chris was able to lend him a demo pair until he was able to purchase new ones. His genuine care, his thorough procedure/examination, and his commitment to his patients truly make him an outstanding clinic owner and specialist. Chris has many years of experience in diagnosing and fitting hearing aids and his expertise and knowledge is evident when attending to his patients. We are extremely satisfied with his service and have moved to his clinic as we have received excellent care. I would highly recommend SoundRight Hearing to anyone who is looking for a hearing specialist. Chris will take the time to ensure that the hearing instrument required is the best fit for you.
