East Toronto Paint and Collision Centre- Scarborough Toyota

They replaced the grille and front bumper of my Toyota Corolla and when I went to pick up my car I found the fixtures on both side lose and out not secured properly. I was told to wait 15 minutes then they tried to fix it but it came back with z fixture not secured and new scratches on z newly replaced grille, This place never pick up their phone when you call them and when you try to reach the manager they make excuses to block you from escalating your concern. Poor customer service and not professional job done. I brought my car thinking I would get more precise work to be done but its didnt go as I hope for. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in after being rear ended. I chose Toyota Scarborough because I wanted genuine Toyota parts. Avrom Brown was the person who worked with me. Not only was he professional and exceptional with customer service he really went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was done right. Hes very personable and kind.

I am impressed on their quality of work that is done with my Toyota 4runner, model 2019. This Centre has recently performed on bumper work of my Car. My collision was occurred between me and the divider of highway in icy condition of snow falling night. Mr. Daniel earned his trust that I recognize as " Lip to Lip believers", That is to say , "He said exactly what he has done", really impressed me.
