A summary of getting my car serviced: - Paid $400 (for Service + Alignment) - Waited 4 hours for car to be ready - Was told they were calling an Uber to pick me up from my home and drop me off at Scarborough Toyota - When no Uber was called within 10 minutes, tried calling 4 different times over 20 minutes; no one answered the first 2 calls and the 2nd two calls went to voicemail because "they were closed" - Finally called my own Uber and 10 minutes into my ride, they tell me they've called the Uber now - Get there: Tires aren't in the car. Turns out, forgot to put the tires that they swapped out back into my car And Toyota's Solution to all this: - A car wash (That was ALREADY supposed to be done) - A future complimentary oil change...on a car that they just did an oil change for...and has a little more than 10,000km in two years...
