APA Canada Auto Parts

Weve been shopping at this store for parts for years, so this recent phone call experience was a huge disappointment. My husband called asking for the price of some parts, he mentioned the make and year of the vehicle, maybe the person who answered didnt hear. But the man on the line asked for the VIN of the vehicle, and my husband said oh you need the VIN too? And suddenly the man starts shouting and hangs up. We call back and the guy picks up still yelling. Lol like how did a price request go so left? Unbelievable. Trash customer service. If the man didnt hear the make or year of the vehicle, you know what you do? You ask. If my husband was rude or had an attitude, Id get it. But he called politely, asked the man how he was doing, asked for the price of the parts and received some angry person yelling at him. Maybe change whoever answers phone calls because that was disturbing.
