Very disappointed in the recent service I received. I had initially taken my BMW to this garage and then bought a Mercedes and when the warranty expired returned to this garage last year for ongoing auto care. Last year Jeff replaced brakes. All was well. This year my car needed a basic Service, part of which was an oil change. This was undertaken, but the next day I noticed oil on my driveway and considered it might have been excess oil, but in the two subsequent days more oil appeared in several different spots on my driveway. Jeff looked at it and fixed the problem. When I asked him what the problem was he flippantly stated that it has something to do with the way I parked my vehicle and the positioning of the oil pan!. I had not experienced any problems with oil leaking prior to the oil change and part of the basic service was to check the vehicle for any possible issues. No responsibility was acknowledged, nor an apology given, and I was required to have Jeff give me an oil remover to try and remove the oil from my asphalt driveway.
