The Barber Shop Scarborough Town Centre

The hair cut was fine. We got Tarun last 2 times I took my son. This time I booked asking for him. The receptionist goes ahead and books my appointment. The text message I got says that we will be with someone else. Called back and only then did she telll me that Tarun moved to Fairview. This is something she should have said from the beginning. We kept our appointment with the new guy Simon but he was 30 minutes delayed. On top of that he charged $10 more than our previous haircuts. Its crazy we paid $40 for a kids haircut. Pricing is not consistant here Staff is not professional!!!!

The barber doesnt know how to do a good fade, when my hair was uneven from one side, he just cut it roughly and angrily. I do not recommend cutting your hair here if you are looking for a good fade

TC was my barber. His attention to details is great for a clean short fade. Where the stars on the review drop is due to the pricing. The prices are off the charts though, for a cut and beard trim it came to $62 after taxes. At most that service should cost $40-45 even if it's a mall location.

I used to come to this barbershop for awhile for my barber Mario who was a great barber and an even friendlier person. I was planning to go book with him again but unfortunately he was not on the list, so I booked with another barber, (who I wont name), that was extremely rude and disrespectful ever since I sat down in the chair. When I told her what I wanted she immediately expressed disapproval for the way I wanted my haircut and she even looked at her coworker multiple times in disgust and would laugh when she looked at him when referring to my hair. She also grabbed by head aggressively and told me angerly to stop moving it. She also made weird threats and statements towards her coworker who was just trying to sweep around her saying " I told you not to sweep around me" and "dont get on my bad side", I assume these were jokes but I still find it unacceptable to be said in a work environment. I also forgot to mention that THIS HAIRCUT WAS 35$!!! Which is overpriced for a rude and terrible experience. Overall this barber was very rude and made me extremely uncomfortable. I am very disapointed in this establishment and I will definitely not be returning in the future, I believe conversations need to be had regarding who is getting hired at this place.
