Girls Just Wanna Box has such a great, supportive team that makes anyone feel welcome regardless of their level of experience with boxing. The coaches are so knowledgeable, are highly attentive to the needs of each member and the level they're at, and make each class fun and different. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a great workout that leaves them feeling stronger, more empowered and boosts their confidence! And the stress relief from punching things is pretty great, too.

Ive taken the different level classes and all are amazing . This is a great community of women who are all kind and supportive. A great work out and super fun learning boxing skills. Coaches Kristina and Helene and Kevin are all amazing. They are skilled, knowledgeable, patient and great teachers. I highly recommend taking any of these classes.

Whether you're a first time boxer, or train several times a week Girls Just Wanna Box Coaches, Kristina & Helene's classes are for everyone. They're rooted in technique, constantly teaching you the sport of boxing - from offence to defence and footwork. I've done both in person and virtual classes and no matter the format always get a great workout.
