        I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Diverso. I sent in my Nintendo Switch for repair, but instead of fixing the issue, the company replaced it completely without my consent. I never requested a replacement, and I was shocked to receive a completely different device in the mail. Overall, I am extremely unsatisfied with the service that I received from Diverso. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable and honest service.
