        I reached out to this accountant at 6:30am in the morning and I left a voicemail as this was the only time available for me before I forget. I knew that I would not be expecting someone to pick up as it was early. I just wanted to leave a voicemail in order for someone to return my call at any time that suites their schedule. I called back a different number at 8:30am that called me back(did not leave me a voicemail). The respondent was very disgruntled and upset that I left a voicemail at 6:30am in the morning. This was my first time ever calling this accountant looking to retain his services. This was a horrible experience even before retaining this accountant's services. I do not and will not recommend this firm to anyone.
