These mats look great in our Mustang convertible. The color contrast is great. They exceeded our expectations. Would buy again.

I bought a set for my wife last year. They said it would take five business days to receive them. Much to my surprise they arived that day. We lived about 15 min from main office. Fit is good and I was happy to support local Canadian business. I ordered a set for my car this year, same story of five days delivery. We have moved since and are about 400KM away now. 10 days later no mats. I tried to contact the company no responce. Finaly today I downloaded the tracking app and it redirected me to Canada Post. The CP say it was delivered eleven days ago eleven days after I ordered them. They were not. CP needs the company to confirm package size to investigate the whereabouts of my order but climats won't respond. Not good business. Update. After a complaint to Visa and Canada Post my mats were resent .just arrived. Great fit I like the product

My sister purchased a full set (front/rears) for me back at the beginning of July for my Audi A5. I was initially very excited as 1, this is a Canadian product and 2, not as expensive as the WeatherTech mats. 1. REAR MATS REVIEW (A5): To my dismay I began to worry when I couldn't put the rear mats in as they just did not fit, even though the tag on the mat stated it covered a range of production years of the A5 model. 2. DETAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: When I contacted the store I was met with a friendly (manager/employee) who took my number/name down and said I would be contacted once he was able to speak to "his guys". I anxiously made a follow-up call a week later and was told they still could not find an appropriate fit. That was July 11. I had hesitated to put in a negative review and HOPED I would be able to get the mats by now but still no call or any indication that I will either get my rear mats (the correct ones) or to be offered a refund for the rear set. 3. FRONT MATS REVIEW: The front mats fit but they are definitely not "digitally measured" as the website claims and it bubbles up right at the side, just next to the gas petal. Probably not a concern there but a bit annoying. A couple other spots also bubble out as the mats seem to be a generic fit and not precisely for the A5. 4. FINAL IMPRESSIONS: I am still hopeful that my Climats contact will call me with what will be the rear mats but am losing that hope as the days go by. 5. CUSTOM FIT CLAIM: "Digitally measured" DOES NOT mean they are a perfect fit. This was clearly meant to mislead and to compete with WeatherTech's "laser measured" claims, which I know are actually measured to spec. 6. My review will be updated upon receiving my rear mats but in the meantime please take this as a caution...TRY THESE MATS OUT BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THEM. For the time being I have paid $200 for essentially 1 set of front mats. If purchased from WeatherTech the front mats would only be about $150...

I bought a set of Climats for my brand new 2019 Mazda 3GT hatch. I have to agree with other comment that the advertising is misleading! They are not and I repeat are not a digital fit! The build quality seems decent but so what. There are HUGE gaps that allow snow, salt and other debris to get in between the mats and the way they fit along the door panels. The whole reason why people buy this sort of product is to protect their vehicles and this product will not. I contacted Adam who I thought was going to help me with this issue by mailing me some clips that would probably help me tuck the mats under the plastic molding in the car. I have waited over 2 months, have sent him text messages and the only time I get a reply is when I threaten to leave a negative review. Talk about poor customer service, this is probably one of the worst! I feel that I have been patient enough and have been more than fair in giving them time to resolve this issue. They had no problem taking my money at point of sale but now they are no where to be found when I need after sale support. You've been warned now by 2 people. Buyer beware and honestly I would go with a competitor product before I ever look at Climats again. They also say there's a 3 year limited warranty with each purchase. Good luck with that if I can't even get support after 2 months lol! I posted 3 pictures so you can see this big gap in my car where the mats do not cover because they're not "digital fit". Very, very disappointed, shame!!
