Couldnt be more disappointed with my service from this place. Ordered wheels over a month ago with an employee in the store right next to me and he said they would take 14 days to arrive. I said no problem. I phone after the 17th day to see where my wheels were and I spoke to someone on the phone who said they would phone me back and never did I phone back after a month long and the employee says the wheels you thought you ordered werent even in stock when you ordered them Are you kidding me. So I waited 30+ days to find out that my wheels never even got ordered in the first place. Very disappointed with the effort made by the team to even do anything about it.

I ordered WeatherTech floor mats for my pickup via Amazon and the rear mat was the wrong one. Sent it back, got a refund and WeatherTech itself could not tell me why the product number did not result in a proper fit. Went to Active Car & Truck Accessories and the helpful staff suggested we try two alternative product numbers; the second one did the trick. Through this I dealt with about four different staff members through the order and return process and each was patient and helpful. I've also purchased and had installed an engine hood rock ship protector there. They're pros!
