Amongst the plethora of great nearby Chinese restaurants, definitely well below average. 1) Stir fried dish low in wok hay 2) "assorted mushroom in pot" ended up being garden variety white button that was mediocre stir- fried and put in pot 3) beef tendon noodle soup a bit lacking in umami and anise depth, and tendons a bit tough 4) server too aggressively pushing shrimp "special" 5) biggest error -- "baked cod with fennel" (which it also said in Chinese so no translation error) actually breaded and fried smelt/caplin with a few tired fennel fronds thrown on top.
