The worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant in Toronto. When we entered, there was nobody to greet us - no waiters in sight. We called out loudly and finally someone appeared. When we asked questions about the menu, the waiter lady answered rudely and bluntly. The waiters also never come out unless to deliver food; the restaurant is literally empty except for the customers. Another customer came in while we were waiting and he stood there for maybe 10 minutes and asked "Is anyone there?" and the waiter still never appeared...what kind of customer service is this? To top it off, we found a piece of hair on the buns, utterly disgusting. Worst restaurant ever, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
