I came in at 9:30 am, there was 2 customers a head of me. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, double toasted with butter. I was given a plain bagel, lightly toasted, with no butter. How do you mess up a simple order, when there is no rush. The guy who handed it to me, even called out the order. Yummy, a dry bagel.

Horrible service!!!! The lady at the front desk is really rude. I ordered on mobile and pickup at this location, she told me its the other Tims beside Walmart, I walk across stc to that location and they told me it suppose be the other Tims. I walk across stc again to that location, and met that lady again. I asked to pickup my order and told her my order number is 9720. She said no, your order is not here, go to that location. I was completely mad, and repeat my order is at this location. She is so disrespectful and arrogant, she pickup my food and asked if this is my order, I say yes. Then she use her arrogant voice said to me, the order number is 29, not 20. She definitely did not feel any sense of apologize, and waste my time in a busy morning. Lastly, I double checked, my order number is 20. I was a loyal customer at Tims, this is a horrible experience I ever had.
