Dr Jan is amazing and very considerate dentist. She did my root canal and the outcome was great. Also, I have a very low pain tolerance but I had no problem at all, because Dr. Jan is very professional. And all the staff Ms. Cristina and Ms. Lorraine are very approachable and they assisted mo all through out. I would definitely go back to this clinic. I highly recommend this place if u r looking for a new clinic.

Ive been coming to Eastside Family Dentistry for years for all my dental needs. Dr Jan and her team have always been so kind, professional and consistent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new family dentist !

Dr. Jan is INCREDIBLE and has saved me sooooo much pain. I went to her after a horrendous experience elsewhere. I had a temporary filling that was falling apart, pain from an incorrectly filled tooth that had to be redone, and a bunch of other work that had to be done. I am so glad that I wrote to Dr. Jan's office through my process of seeking a new dentist, and within an hour or so Dr. Jan personally replied to my inquiry. I was already impressed that she replied to me herself after work hours, which most dentists do not do. Within a few days I was at her clinic for my appointment. Dr. Jan fixed all my issues and even addressed issues in my wisdom teeth without extracting them, which was such a relief for me. I have never felt that I am in safer hands at the dentist! Her office has the latest technology and has almost pain-free dentistry. They are able to do entire fillings without ANY freezing by using the new Solea laser technology where the laser does all of the drilling. In cases where she had to freeze a tooth, she has a tool that allows her to freeze one single tooth only, without a needle. I walked out with no pain, and no annoying frozen mouth. I was able to eat normally right away which was really nice. There are many clinics that advertise "sleep dentistry" for anxious patients, but they all require sedation and still freeze an entire section of your mouth. I had no idea that an option for pain-free dentistry is available, and more people should know about this new technology and this clinic. It's worth noting that Dr. Jan also has a ton of advanced training in her field, including pain management which sets her apart from other dentists - and you can tell when she works on your teeth. Aside from the advanced technology and competence in Dr. Jan's office, she is an incredibly compassionate professional who genuinely cares about her patients. She made me feel comfortable through every interaction I've had with her, as did Lorraine at the front desk. The office does seamless direct billing for primary insurance, is very organized, and there is an air of lightness and friendliness in the space which is very nice to be around. I didn't know it was possible to have such a positive experience at the dentist, but Dr. Jan has restored my faith in dentists (though I'll probably never see anyone but her again!). This is truly the best dental clinic I've ever been to, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
