I found Carolyn Gille at Amicable Divorce Mediation Services to be a very warm and approachable person; she is direct in a highly respectful way. Upon our first contact Carolyn clearly explained the mediation process to us, how she helps people navigate through the various documents and the cost involved; there were no surprises as we moved through the process. Carolyn is a problem solver and is able to see the bigger picture, she was able to offer a variety of suggestions and compromises to bridge the, often times, polar opposite positions we both held. Carolyn also identified the strengths we have and worked to build upon them during this process. Carolyn was able to take a difficult and emotional situation and focus us on what the important issues were. I would highly recommend Carolyn Gille at Amicable Divorce Mediation Services to anyone who is looking to pursue mediation in their situation.
