I like their timeliness, cleanliness, welcoming Receptionists, and the Doctor who listens and acts. I was quite pleased with the way he treated me.

He's a good doctor, had me in and out within 20 mins and he was kind and has good bedside manner. But his receptionists and yes all three of them are the worst. They called me and I missed the call. I called back several times and left two voicemails the second one being a little bit rude then they called me back too book an appointment. Then I finally went in and they don't even acknowledge you. And he did my procedure on the spot without having to come back. His receptionist told me procedures are only done on Tuesday. So misinformed. They are the reason he is getting a 3 star review.

The doctor was patient in listening to my problems, he seemed to be very knowledgeable. The biggest problem though is to get to the doctor. The receptionist is very rude (and this is so with most of the clinics I've been to). I've been asking for a review of my condition with the doctor since the past 5 weeks. Phone calls to the clinic are mostly not answered, voicemails are ignored and the very rare occassions that I've been able to speak to the receptionist they only told me that they will ask the doctor and call me to give me an appoinment, which has not happened in all these weeks. It takes numerous calls even to get a prescription passed on to my pharmacy and every time they blame it on the pharmacy. It is a shame on the system that a tax payer has to be at the mercy of a doctor's receptionist to get access to healthcare!

I visited Dr. Wadid today for a minor skin problem. I would like to thank the office staff and doctor himself. They are very polite and professional. I strongly recommend this doctor.

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I was seeking a solution for my androgenetic alopecia (female) and the doctor seemed very rushed, and didn't properly diagnose me or discuss various treatment options and their side effects (unless I asked, or suggested). The doctor also prescribed me a medication I was not comfortable taking so I asked for another appointment to discuss an alternative, and was turned away (fired). Now I am left with no dermatologist, no solution and potentially months of waiting for a new doctor. If you are hoping for a good, long-standing relationship with your dermatologist, do not come here. You will not be listened to, turned away, and gaslighted. Receptionists were very misinformed, and the fact that the clinic is open three to four days a week means you will have to wait a long time to get a reply, so you have to keep calling back or they will forget about you. Doctor seems to overbook, so you only get a mere few minutes for your appointment, you don't feel like a priority. Stay away from this clinic and find a different dermatologist. The negative reviews speak for themselves. This experience has left me in tears.
