Chang Michael Dr (ENT)

Excellent Surgeon, but his secretary is rude!! Expects me to call, but ignores the phone when I try calling. I tried calling you yesterday morning, shortly after you called my mom. But, your answering machine said that you're closed?? And I specifically said that my mom does NOT live with me and told you to WAIT for me to call. You immediately disobeyed, by calling my mom. She doesn't live with me. How is she supposed to know what you're calling for, or why I want to contact you?!? If you're closed, how did you call my mom yesterday morning?? And if you want me to call, why don't you answer?? It's hard to get a hold of you.

Dr. Chang is everything you want in a surgeon, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very reassuring. His staff are just as great, I had a good experience from beginning to end.
