Rude receptionist Got referred to this doctor. Haven't met the doctor yet, but the receptionist is very rude. Hopefully the doctor is better.

Just so everyone knows the receptionist that other comments are talking about no longer works there. I had so much anxiety every time I had to call the office in case I had to talk to her on the phone. Dr. Minz was very professional and nice and even aplogized for her receptionist's behavior. I recommend Dr. Minz as she is a great doctor and she really cares about her patients and rest of her staff and receptionists are also wonderful.

Rude receptionist!! Our doctor referred us to Dr. Minz. I have no idea about her, but all I can so is that I was disgusted by her receptionist. I got a phonecall to confirm an appointment for my son, and I just called the number back. She said 'We get so many people calling, how would I know who called you?'. How about we start by looking up my phone number? I was trying my best to work with her, and she got flustered for no reason. She was rushing me, and every time I was trying to work with her, she kept saying 'no need to get upset sir'. She started gaslighting which was very uncalled for. She had the nerve to even hang up on me when I was defending myself. That said, I'm calling my doctor back to change and find another ENT. No disrespect Dr. Minz, I'm sure you're a great physician, but after reading all the Google comments regarding your receptionist, a change is staff is definitely needed to prevent yourself from losing referrals.
