The waiting period is much longer than the time this doctor spends to her patients. She is always rushing, maybe three mins is the average time for each patient. One visit for each kind of health problem. If you have another health issue you have to book it to another day. Though the service is not good, she is nice and always smiling.

I wish I could give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT go to this doctor! The previous 1 star reviews are 100% the experience of my mother who had seen this doctor for the past two years as she wanted a female doctor as she grows older. She has waited over five hours to see Dr. Sheila even with an appointment, and only has ever had brief interactions with her when seen. Reception would double book patients for the same time slot as well. My mother would have to request to speak with Dr. Sheila as they did not call my mother when there was any abnormal results with her tests. My parents always have to go in person to speak to reception to get anything done because they never answer their phones. I dont know how Dr. Sheila had gotten her MD license or how she continues to stay practicing. My mother has been seeing Dr. Sheila and has not received proper diagnosis or care. She has only been sent for various testing and prescribed medications (that my mother would have to ask for!) that work for a bit but does not solve the underlying issue. I was shocked that I myself had found fine crackles when auscultating her lungs because the doctor had failed to do so (even when this was one of my mothers primary concerns). As someone who works in healthcare and have many doctors, this kind of medical care from Dr. Sheila and her team is unacceptable. My mother had gone back to her male doctor because she was fed up with continuing to experience her health issues with no answers. Upon the first visit to her previous doctor, he had diagnosed my mother with asthma. Upon the second visit, and reviewing a chest X-Ray that was done back in July (with requisition from Dr. Sheila), he had diagnosed her with pneumonia. How has this doctor identified my mothers concerns within 2 visits, while Dr. Sheila has not once done so in the last 2 years? I do not normally write and post reviews but I could not stay silent on my mothers experience with someone who is in a position of taking care of other sick people. If you are looking for a new doctor, go somewhere else. They will only want you to swipe your OHIP card and you will not receive proper care you are deserving of. If Dr. Sheila is currently your doctor, if you absolutely can, find someone else!

Worst clinic of all time. They never pick up their phones. Prepare to never get your medication on time.

Very caring doctor! Always on time to her appointments & takes her time with me. The new receptionists are kind & friendly & always answer phone calls.
