they called during my work hour and wasted 4 minutes of my time. i tried to talk nicely, but lady on the call responded rudely. nothing got resolved, she just said "forget it" and ended the call. 0/5 stars

One star is too many for this place. The rudest staff ever, and the most unprofessional doctor. They are all A Joke. The whole place needs to be replaced by actual real educated professional people. This is what you call monkey business.

I agree with all the poor reviews on this site. I had previous phone appointments with my brother so I never interacted with the receptionist and Dr. Kwok. We finally had an in person appointment. My brother is the patient and I'm there for moral support since he's not 100% verbal and mobile. Dr. Kwok is book smart and communicative. She is very efficient. Hence the one star is for her. However, they overbook and force you to wait and they put this sign up that the wait can be up to 2hrs! Are you kidding?! The receptionist said that when you get an appointment with Dr. Kwok, you should have booked off at least 1/2 a day because that is expected of you to wait for your turn. I have an idea, don't overbook and pack your patients together and force them to wait! It's called customer service! This office is NOT patient centric just like hospitals. That's what you get with Canadian Healthcare and no wonder Ford is gutting the entire system! The receptionist behaves like a 'karen' and spinster who completely lacks social skills and pretends to be busy filing when she could be doing a better job at booking and communicating positively with clients.

Wow is just all I have to say!! How on earth did she get her license ?? Zero peoples skills, disrespectful and unprofessional. Think about why you got into this profession Dr Kwok!! No wonder your staff is rude too as they follow you
