Booked an appointment for immigration medical exam yesterday using the number on IRCC. Called them again today using the number on Google to cancel the appointment. The lady rudely cut the phone saying this is the gynecology office. Why is your number on Google when you dont want to be called?

Doctor is nice but the front desk lady sucks may be the doctor should replace staff or end up losing patient.. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..

Terrible system of overbooking patients and keeping them waiting over 1 hour from their scheduled appointments. At peak time, there were 8 patients waiting inside sitting on chairs and 10 outside standing, wouldve been 12 but 2 ladies came to check in but then saw the line and left. No explanation or apology for the wait and there were very pregnant women and seniors standing in the hallway on both sides, blocking other office doors and making it unsafe should there be an emergency. I am extremely unimpressed and if there were another dr I could take my mother in law to, I would. I do not recommend this Drs office.

The doctor is nice, but they are always delay, every time, people have to wait more than 1 hour, the frontdesk person is so rude when you ask for your appointment- she answered to a patient that the delay is not her problem, and the patient could leave if did not want to wait-. If you go to see this doctor be prepared to wait and have a bad experience with the person in frontdesk.
