Im so happy to say that I am lucky enough to get care from Dr. Owen. My family physician referred me and I was concerned about my high risk pregnancy. Dr. Owen is so professional, approachable and knowledgeable. Throughout the care Im 100% satisfied with the care. I have noticed some people are saying about the office staff, honestly shes nice and her way of talking makes people feel shes rude.

I was referred to Dr. Owen and looking forward to receiving care as i have heard many great things. I find that it is nearly impossible to get in touch with the receptionist and my first impression was not so professional when I had mentioned that i was experiencing more pain and inquired if there was a chance of seeing the Doctor sooner. After my first appointment, I missed my 2nd appointment (over the phone) and immediately tried calling back 3 minutes afterwards as well as a few times within the next 10 minutes. In addition I have called back the next couple of days and there has been no answer. Seems nearly impossible to speak with front desk forget about seeing the dr.
