Horrified to see this business looking for *VOLUNTEER* unpaid receptionists on Kijiji. It's 2023, folks. Pay your staff. It's deeply problematic, not to mention a violation of Ontario labor laws, to have untrained, unqualified and UNPAID kids given full access to our medical information and the system which manages our care. What a concerning way to take advantage of young people and skirt the responsibility of paying an experienced receptionist. Big, disappointing yikes.

Tell me why you need an appt for a walk-in? False advertising if you can not walk in take down the walk in sign!!! Very disappointed

Their service is the worst! they canceled my appointment 3 times in a row, finally when I got one I came even 15min early cuz I had a allergic reaction and had to go home and rest ASAP yet they kept me waiting two hours for nothing! Irresponsible

Dr Cheng is a very approchable doctor. He is very understanding and will not judge you. His patience is superb. Joan, his secretary is very polite and friendly. both of them will help you as much as they could. thumbs up to these two. But i should say that the chinese secretary was sooooo rude!!!!
