The service and environment at Style and Grace is amazing! I am so glad we found this this little gem in our neighbourhood.

Style is Grace Cleaners absolutely blew me away from day one right up until I received my gown. During my consultation everything was explained to me in detail and what I should expect after the cleaning process. They went over each stain on my dress and veil and explained the procedure that would be used to safely remove the stains without causing any damage to my dress. During the cleaning process I was sent photos of before and after and the delivery was so easy. Once I received my dress it was preserved in a beautiful box and the staff made sure to return any ribbons or bags that my dress was previously in. So much detail was had in this whole process. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dress and the beautiful hand written card!

Don't take your wedding gown anywhere else! Their customer service is top notch, as is their expertise. I got married 5 years ago and I still think about the fantastic experience I had at Style & Grace. I had my dress preserved and it looks just as gorgeous now (in the box) as the day I picked it up. Grace and Nadine explained every step of the process and my gown looked brand new once they were done. No small feat for a lace gown that had drinks spills and holes in the hem! I was treated like family and my gown was handled with the utmost care. I've happily recommended them to anyone needing a special garment cleaned or cared for, and will continue to do so.

Nadine, my review below and my husbands Cam's review is still posted, not deleted as you said. Cam, did think about deleting it but I encourage him to leave it posted for all readers to review. It was important to Cam to show the reader how you deal with someone who has given you so much business over these years at the outrageous prices you charge. Your competitors pay their staff a very competitive wage and they put their garments through the same cleaning stages as you do. The difference is your competitor such as Professional Dry Cleaners at the corner of Victoria Park and St. Clair don't charge double and triple pricing as you do. Good luck Nadine! We are being gouged with cleaning prices offered by Style & Grace Cleaners. It is important that the business make a profit but when you compare Style & Grace Cleaner pricing to their competitor, Professional Dry Cleaners pricing it leaves you with the feeling that you have been taken advantage of. I read Style and Grace cleaner attempt to justify their pricing in cleaning shirts. I am fairly certain that the other cleaners that offer much much lower pricing have those stages as well. I encourage the readers of this review to compare Style & Grace Cleaner pricing with Professional Cleaner pricing. Why pay double and triple pricing. Be an educated consumer. Don't support the owners of a business who may be taking very high salaries or have done renovations or have done what ever and now need to pass that on to us the consumer with cleaning pricing that is double and triple that of your competitor. Speak up and say adjust your pricing or take your business to their competitor as my husband Cam Roberts did. We work very hard for our pay checks and in todays market we have to get the most out of it. I also encourage the readers of this review to read David T Yelp review of Platinum Cleaners. This was the original name for Style & Grace Cleaners. This review mirrored my husband Cam Roberts experience with this cleaning outfit. When I read his review, I felt sick to my stomach. OMG, look at how they treat another high paying customer who is very much aware that their pricing is out of touch but he continued to spend $100.00 per month to Platinum Cleaners (Style & Grace Cleaners). This is very bizarre . This is how you show appreciation to high paying customers. Cam Roberts my husband has also spent thousands of dollars over the past 25 years with Style & Grace Cleaners and reading Nadine response is for business 101 of what not to do. Clearly she did not appreciate all the money Cam has given their business. Nadine said it is the customer fault not ours. We can't make the customer happy even though we charge double pricing to clean his shirts. Hello! Readers, don't bring your shirts to Style & Grace Cleaners to be cleaned at that outrageous price. Nadine has said many times they loose money . Well, lets take the shirt business from them and give to the competitors who appreciate the business .

Great experience preserving my wedding gown with Style & Grace Cleaners. The consultation meeting was thorough and detailed, and the staff ensured I had all of my questions answered. They took great care of my gown. The before and after photos of the dress are amazing. Thank you!
