Not happy with the results and the customer service. The person who greeted me wasn't friendly at all and I contemplated going elsewhere, but decided to give it a chance. She made me feel guilty for simply asking a question. We didn't notice that there was damage done to the suit until our wedding day when my husband went to put his suit on. Some of the stitching came out in the back and the plastic piece which holds the collar of his shirt in place was missing on one side. If the person who works here reads this: Please work on being friendly. You could smile or act nice to the customers, you are hurting your business.

I have frequented this establishment since I have lived in this neighbourhood (25 years) more so for convenience sake because it is within walking distance of my home that said I decided to try somewhere else when I needed a new zipper and am glad I did. The last time I wanted work done (zipper) the owner complained that the coat was dirty it had a little saw dust on it because it was my husband's work coat. I remembered that statement and will no longer give my business to them. This owner is miserable and always has been maybe that is her personality that said it wouldn't hurt to actually smile and be pleasant to your customers. I recommend going elsewhere go up the street to Kelly's Dry Cleaning she was very pleasant to me and does good work.

You get what you pay for. Dry cleaning here is inexpensive but the quality is very poor.
