I brought two winter coats here to be fixed. For one of them, they told me it would be better to wait until after the Covid pandemic to fix because replacement parts were in high demand and they would have to be brought in from the U.S. and thus cost more. I appreciated that they gave me honest advice instead of just charging me more! They did a great job on the second coat. On top of that, they were very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Went today with a few items asking for them to be ready the following day. I technically arrived too late for next day pick up, however the store owner asked Karl if he would start up the machinery necessary which also required him to stay longer. He was most agreeable to clean my items and I just feel it is worth mentioning that he went beyond the call of duty. A big thank you to Grace and Karl for accommodating my request. Much appreciated.

I get all my dry cleaning done here. The service is EXCELLENT, they have gone above and beyond multiple times. Most recently on on a winter jacket where the zipper needed to be replaced, they tried to find the exact zipper and took the time to source it from outside of Canada (I never asked them to do this but they wanted me to be happy and took the time to find the exact match). Price, Quality and Customer Service is an A++. I won't go anywhere else but here.
