DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!If I could give zero stars I would. The worst vendor in the world. Ordered a patio set using their garbage app and my payment through PayPal went through, I get an order confirmation but Aosom cannot locate my order!!! So frustrating!!! They should be reported!! Dont even bother trying customer service, it doesnt exist!! Aosom is a big scam!!! Read the reviews before wasting your money!

NEVER BUY FROM AOSOM. I ordered a coffee table from Hudson's Bay and want to make everyone aware of these scammers aka Aosom. I wanted to return the product (I'll elaborate on this after) and Aosom told me that I can either: 1. Keep the product and try selling it myself and they'll give me $20 2. Ship the item back to them but pay for the shipping entirely myself (which would be well over $60). I went back and forth with them and they were holding firm that I need to pay for shipping. Then, I read the Hudson's Bay return policy. It said I can ship it back for a flat fee of $12. I had to call the Hudson's Bay support and they told me Aosom is in the wrong for not following their policy so they'll be investigating them now and will be make Aosom send me a shipping label for $12. Aosom straight up lies to try scamming their own customers out of money. I'm never buying from them again. In terms of why I'm returning the coffee table: 1. They literally glued a hard label of their logo to the side of the coffee table so it's always visible. I'm unable to remove the logo and it's even glued on crooked. Never in my life have I bought or seen furniture with a permanent logo glued on. 2. It's very very very cheap quality. From my picture, you can see the finish on the top even looks cheap. It's also made of such cheap materials that it's super lightweight so if you even try putting your legs on it, the table will go flying across the room.
