I had to get a building permit to remove a load bearing wall in my kitchen. Anwar was always quick to respond, informative, and got what he promised done. His team is very experienced and know that they are doing. They came to do a site visit on Oct 28th and I got my City of Toronto building permit on Dec 19th right before the holidays. Would definitely recommend ASR to others!

ASR Engineers thank you guys for all the support on my hvac drawing. I had alot of issues with my drawing but there were patient and work with me till the end. I will recommend them to anyone and I will use them again if I need to.

Anwar and his team assisted me with the drawings and permit applications for the removal of a structural wall. This was my first time with the permit submission process and Anwar was extremely helpful in walking me through the specific details and city requirements. Anwar was very attentive and responsive to any questions that I had and was readily available to assist with follow up requests from the city. Overall I was very satisfied with the team at ASR.
