F45 Training Fallingbrook

Really awesome spot! I've been doing F45 for 5 years now, tried many studios, and love the spaciousness of this one, the great coaches, and the welcoming community!

The F45 gym is an extremely welcoming environment. It is fun and motivating to be in a class setting. As well, the equipment and the gym is kept quite clean. The trainers are knowledgeable and make corrections on posture and technique, which is always helpful.

F45 has been such a great addition to the neighbourhood. The coaches are welcoming and take the time to get to know each person. I personally like that they take the time after each class to stretch or sometimes an added 'finisher' sure to give you one last burn. If you haven't already you should stop by.

The instructors are really great at this F45 and the space is awesome. Its a very positive environment. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to be a member of. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, the members are a community who support one another and I always feel motivated in a positive environment to push myself. Its efficient and I never feel lost going through the workouts and a coach is always there to help if I need a modification! Im so glad I joined!
