Paul O'Connor Funeral Home Ltd

My husbands family have used their services twice in the past and this third service was not well done. I have arranged funerals for family at other places and this seemed so less professional. From asking for the final payment during the day of the funeral to not following through with my requests which were extremely simple (please removed the artificial arrangements in the room). They dont have the same professionalism I have experienced at other funeral services.

The staff and helpfulness of the Paul O'Connor staff was top notch. The only downside of the experience was they didn't allow outside food or drinks (exclusive 3rd party vendor). We ended up having to contend with inflated catering costs, limited menu options, and fulfillment of contractual obligations by the catering company. We were partially compensated by the Paul O'Connor team however so we appreciate their willingness to help resolve the issue.
