Worst customer service I have seen in a furniture store. That whole line has furniture stores and I went to a few and was greeted really nicely and got a positive response. This place I walked into had 2 people not going to say what gender but one of them was just chilling on the sofa while other just kept talking on the phone . Long story short I would not recommend this place.

Reasonable prices and good selection. But poor quality in my experience. I bought an L-shape sofa with firm cushions which i was assured would last 15+ years and I was told it's their best quality sofa. Paid around $1600. Within 1.5 years the fabric is piling and feels terribly rough, stitching is coming apart, the wood frame of the sofa is creaking and squeaking all over, and the cushions are losing their firmness. We're a small family and we're lightweight, this shouldn't be happening already. Really disappointed overall.

Not trustworthy. They will push a sale and then not take any responsibility for any issues once payment is taken. Really bad experience, where i witnessed arguing with the customer and making them leave empty handed after still taking their money. Not ethical and surprised with how they can still be in business. Just read other reviews and will see the common theme of terrible customer service. Real shame. Save yourself the time energy and time and shop somewhere else.
