Bought two great bedroom sets from these men they were very nice an helpful. Had an issue with one bed twice an they came and fixed both times very honest and nice people even the guy who puts the bed together also got blinds from them for a staff that works there he installed and all I am very thankful I went to this store back in December when I decided to re do my home thanks alot. For accommodation and working with me and fixing my issues. I recommend you shop here amazing furniture

We bought a sofabed and three bar stools from this store. We called them multiple times to fix the couch they sold us. First they showed us a big couch in the store. It was a black one and they told us they have a similar one in grey velvet. On the day of the delivery they delivered a black one but as soon as we told them about it they got it exchanged. The one they delivered this time was the right colour but the size was small. However since we live in a condo we didnt want a hassel to get it exchanged again so we settled for this (although they sold it to us for the same price as the big one. Not sure if there was a price difference) But after a month the couch mattresses started flattening and the surface turned uneven. It is a sofabed so we use it as one. Now we cannot use the pullout section any more as the surface is uneven so it is just lying as a seater now. We emailed them twice and my husband and me went to the store and informed them as well. They assured us someone would come to fix it, however it has been over a month no one has come to fix it. The quality of the bar stools is good. But Not the sofabed. Overall the customer service is a BIG letdown.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! Worst customer service ever they never honor there word and the behaviour changes as soon as they receive the money. They love to play Tom(Bob) and Jerry with customer on phone if they pickup. I purchased a mattress with a 10 year warranty which sagged within 1 year of use (my biggest mistake ever) along with a 5pc bedroom set and a 6 person dining table despite spending thousands of dollars with them they have not responded to my emails and each time I call them they say email us details with proof of purchase which I did and they never responded. Worst place ever worst customer service and expensive bad quality furniture. UPDATE to respond to owner who is blatantly making completely false claim that I bought a soft mattress I specifically bought a extra firm mattress with 10 year warranty I can attach a picture of the receipt as well as proof. Seriously stay away these are worst people to deal with.
