This lady is a total fraud. Never go to buy anything from this store. I ordered a sofa set in December 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered in first week of March. Then she differed it to 2nd week and after that started not receiving my phone. After calling and texting again and again she received the call gave a new date for last week of March. Then she again changed the date to 1st week of April but did not keep her promise. Then she asked me to pay the whole amount and she will deliver it by next week. I told her that I shall pay just give me a photo of the sofa, she denied by saying it had been packed already and if I wanna see it I have to visit the factory. I agreed to do the same but just before the day of my visit she told me its not ready yet will take another week. I was totally fed up and realized that she will not deliver my sofa after taking the payment. Thats why I told her to cancel my order and refund my 300 dollar deposit. She canceled the order but didnt refund my deposit back. After 4 months I ended up with nothing but losing my 300 dollar.

I would never go to this place, again! The company is useless, staff is rude and unprofessional. I made full payment for my bed and chairs and suppose to receive within-2 weeks. They took 6 weeks. They made fake promises. I tried numerous phone calls they didnt answer or again fake promises. I went in person after yelling and shouting at them, getting CP24 involved. They finally delivered the items. Items arent as good as is looks upon receiving delivery. Lots of scratches and poor quality.

Worst service. They took my order, didnt deliver it even after 4 months and also refused to refund the deposit. Never trust them with your money.

Scammers, stay away. They also go by "Toronto Furniture Mart" and "Paramount Furniture Ltd." How are they still in business is a true mystery. They will steal your money, refuse to refund you, yell at you and belittle you when you go in person to speak to them. Their phone number is out of service, website does not work and they toggle their Google Maps. Disgusting, vile people who claim to be religious. Shame on you all.
