        Shocking "customer care" policies! Who delays a shipment and then gives a "discount" on the item only so that the now "sale item" can no longer be returned? "Modern Concept," that's who! Another "modern concept" they appear to be unfamiliar with is "the internet," where their dirty misdeeds can be reported to the public writ large via google reviews. Consumer beware, this company is shameless in its pursuit of the almighty [canadian] dollar at the expense of its own customers, not to mention their own integrity. Steer clear; there's probably something cuter on overstock anyway.
