I bought a set of furniture from here in November 2021. The quality of the furniture was only good for about 3 months. Though we are a small family of two ppl, the sofa started wearing off. After I called the store to share the problem, all they said is that that particular product isn't covered under warranty after three months. Moral of the Story: 1. Don't buy from this store. 2. If you had no other option, only purchase "Canadian-Made" types of furniture that usually come with a longer warranty on them.

Very bad experience and wouldn't buy anything from this store again at Kennedy location. I purchased cofee table and corner table. Paid them whole on day 1 in feb 2022 and they delivered a different model corner table saying they would replace it once the model is available. 5 months have passed and they don't even respond to calls post delivery and I have already visited their store twice. Don't agree to alternate or trust them. Once they have the money they don't care your concerns with the product after. After long wait and giving them time sharing for your awarenes people so others don't get into this trouble and paying for something you didn't really chose.
